Yes, all prices include VAT at the UK standard rate of 20%.

Delivery

Is delivery free?

Yes, for UK mainland addresses. Some exclusions apply for remote or offshore areas.

Are there delivery exclusions?

Yes, certain postcodes like BT, IM, JE, GY, and some Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur a delivery surcharge. Surcharges applicable will be advised during the checkout process. Alternatively please contact us to find out more information.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched promptly. If an item is out of stock, you'll be notified within 2 working days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, all orders over £20 are sent via traceable methods and require a proof of delivery photo upon delivery. Some products will also require proof of age ID.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return an item?

Yes, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your request. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and received within 30 days of delivery.

Who covers return postage?

Return postage for standard "change of mind" returns is not covered.

What if my item is damaged?

Email us within 24 hours with details and photos. Include your order number and contact information. We will endevour to resolve ASAP for you.

Do you sell genuine branded tools?

Yes, we offer products from professional reputable brands like Britool Hallmark, Genius Tools, Sealey, Facom, Britool Expert, and many more! All products are backed by their respective manufacturer's guarantees unless specifically detailed otherwise (i.e for clearance lines).

Are all items in stock?

Stock levels vary. If an item is out of stock, you'll be informed within 2 working days.

Do I need an account to order?

No, but creating an account allows you to track orders and manage preferences and receive discount offers and vouchers and newsletters.
